Study Abroad - Culinary

Cultural Perspectives and Advanced Culinary at
Apicius Culinary Institute of Florence, Italy

You will begin your studies traveling in Tuscany as part of their cultural perspectives course before settling into Florence where you take an advanced culinary course and complete a professional internship. The program will take place in the Fall 2013 quarter for eight weeks for culinary and hospitality students.

Requirements:

  • Enrollment in the culinary program
  • Completion of 5 quarters (or equivalent transfer credits) prior to departure
  • GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Reference from student's academic advisor
  • $300 deposit**
  • Completed FAFSA, SIGNED financial aid plan and a $0 financial-aid balance

  • RMU quarterly tuition
  • Study abroad fee
    (2013 - $5,000)
