How to Request a Transcript:  

You can request a transcript in person or in writing. Transcripts can be picked up in person, by showing a current picture ID or mailed to an address provided by the student.  We cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date if a transcript is sent via U.S. Mail.  Please note: transcripts will be processed after all financial obligations are met.

In Person 

• Transcript request forms can be obtained from the Admissions office on your campus 
• Fill out the form. Sign it.  

In Writing

Download the transcript request form*  (Please note: when downloading the transcript request form, you must mail it in or drop it off in person.  Since an original signature is required, NO FAX OR E-MAIL REQUESTS CAN BE ACCEPTED. )

If you are unable to download the transcript request form, you may send in a written request to the following address:

Include the following information:    

• Your name (include all names under which your record may be filed)      
• A current phone number     
• Your social security number     
• Your most recent period of attendance     
• Total number of transcript copies you wish to order     
• Specific addresses where transcripts are to be sent, including zip codes      
• Your signature (your transcript cannot be released without your signature on the written request)     
• Include a check or money order payable to Robert Morris College; credit card payments are not available  

Transcripts are available as follows:  

Official Transcript  - Regular Service 

• 5-7 business days  
• Cost is $1 per copy       
• No credit cards accepted      
• Make check payable to Robert Morris College

Official Transcript  – Priority Service 

• Allow 48 hours for processing 
• Cost is $15 each plus $1.00 transcript fee   
• No credit cards accepted      
• Make check payable to Robert Morris College
