Release of Degrees

After the completion of a degree program at Robert Morris University, the Student Information office will mail the earned degree to the address on file. This takes place approximately 4-6weeks after final grades are recorded and audited, not after the student participates in the ceremony. There is no charge for the degree. If the address you have on file is not current, then please fill out a change of address form. Update your address online today.

***After July 1, 2009, students may reorder an updated degree with the new name of the institution.  The student's current Robert Morris College degree and the $25 processing fee must accompany the reorder request in order to process the degree change.

Degrees can also be reordered if need be. There is, however, a $25 charge for degree reorders. You can print and fill out a form to mail today.
