So I really enjoyed my weekend, it was pretty busy. Friday I ate dinner with my family again and we had steaks so my family was so happy about that. The weather this weekend was just gorgeous. My boyfriend and I decided to go mini golfing. We used to go a lot because we really enjoyed. I enjoyed it more because I always beat him. But it just worked out that the weather was so nice and once again I beat him saturday at minigolf. Ill be nice and say it wasn't by much but I was always one or two ahead of him.

I had to work this weekend. I had to close saturday night and sunday night. It stinks closing because sometimes you can make good money but saturday applebees doesn't close until midnight and sunday they don't close until eleven. I don't know what kind of restaurant stays open to eleven. Well at least Applebees shouldn't because the most we get is one or to tables. So since I was working this weekend I set a goal to make at least 100$ between the two nights. Just because I have a lot of things I am going to be buying just this month.

Well, saturday night was so slow and we had nine people on. By the time it was 730 pm and our dinner rush basically finished, my sales were only 199$, which is not good at all. So we cut two people, kind of got busier. It wasn't until we went to closers, which is just two people working the floor for about the last three hours until close, when we got busy. I was excited to but swamped when a party of 21 people come in. Luckily my co-worker really likes me and helped me with the table when she wasn't even on the clock. Just alone that night I made over 100$. So I was really relieved that I made my goal in the first night and whatever I made sunday night would be a bonus.

Sunday night, tonight was awesome. We were steady. It was busy but not crazy busy where your running through the restaurant. So I'm really wiped and my feet are killing me but i made another 100$ tonight! This seriously made my weekend. Even though I'm going to be spending this money this week on my boyfriends birthday day gift, I'm still so glad!

Johns gift! Man he is so hard to shop for. I have no idea what I want to give him. I want to really treat him to something nice because he paid for our whole florida trip but I really cant think of anything. So I have less than a week to figure something out with that. Otherwise I got a new phone!. I'm glad we did that because my phone was a piece of crap! My battery was fried and the reception was terrible. The phone was a refurbished one and it sucked. So yea I got a new phone and my younger sister has the same one. That's lame.

For stuff this week I'm looking forward to: Monday I start my kick boxing class with my friend from work. Also this week I'm going to Hubbard Street Dance Studio to by my class card and then I get to start dancing next week! I'm really excited for that. Some things I'm not looking forward is definitely midterms and I have to schedule a dentist apartment. I hate the dentist but when its over I love the feeling. Well more to come this week. So I was really excited about a few things this weekend. First monday I had my kick boxing class which I was surprised at how well it went. My arms were sore for two days because of how many push ups we did. I took this class with a friend from work at the park district. Also I talked to the park district about teaching a dance class and they are looking to start an adult dance class, which I am a little nervous for but I think it would be so much fun since it is what I really want to do.

I got my dance pictures in from recital. I have a lot more than what is up these are just my favorites. The show was at Governors State University and this was my last recital with Creative Dance Studio. I am moving on to another studio, Hubbard Street Dance. Which I did go there thursday to buy my card and I am going to be starting classes this week which I am so excited for. While we were there we were watching this advanced ballet class. I haven't been dancing for two weeks so I am really anxious to start again.

Friday was John's Birthday and I was really happy with the gift I bought him. My dad helped me pick out this nice tool set to help him with his carpentry. We didn't really do much for his birthday. We went out to eat at Bostons, which they had a nice choice of food but our waitress took forever to bring john his lemonade. He asked for a lemonade when we got our food and didn't get it until we finished eating so he wasn't happy about that. So after we ate we went to best buy and bought the sims 3. The sims 3 and Spore are the two computer games that me john always play together. I play on my laptop and he plays on his computer.

The new sims game is crazy and fun. There are so many more things you can customize and now you can add traits to your characters. There are all sorts of traits and it affect the sim in the game and how they interact with others and how they live there daily life. It has been pretty hard for me but a lot of fun. We spent like five our playing the game the first day. It gets so addicting.

I had to work saturday night but I was off by ten but tonight, Sunday, I have to work until close which is eleven. I am just hoping to make some money. I spent about 700 dollars just within these couple weeks. So now I have to work hard and make extra tips to make up for it. Lastly, last night I was playing halo with john, his friend, and his brother. Now I am not good at this game at all. Especially when your playing with people who are not pro but might as well be when it comes to me. So we played that for a long time and I was actually having fun with it. Usually I am always getting killed and losing I get tired of it. So that was my weekend/week and I have plenty to look forward to!
