After coming to RMC I realize that I love to work, I know it sounds crazy but its true I love to work and I love being at work. I think I can say that because RMC teaches you how to deal with groups and how to deal with employers of all kinds with the many teachers here that have been in the industry for so many years, so I think if you don’t like to work...you will by the time you finish RMC

So I haven’t written a blog in a long time simply because I’ve been really busy, what can I say I’m a busy kind of guy lol. one of the reasons why I’ve been extremely busy is because I did an open house for new incoming students and let me just say I had a blast, it was great to meet all of the new students and some of them may have been you. It was a lot of questions about knowing how to cook before you come here. The answer to that is NO you don’t need to know how to cook you just need to have a passion for it like I did. I didn’t know how to cook I just knew how to bake and decorate cakes, so to answer your question again no you don’t have to know how to cook. If you have any other question feel free to ask :)
