My biggest goal in life is to do the best that I can. I am proud that I have made it this far, and I plan on going even further.

Life Without Track
RMU has been amazing!

What will summer be like this year? I think this summer will finally be different. In different I mean more fun then it was the years before. In the past years I've just stayed at home and I really haven't done anything. But this year will definitely be different.
Last summer I was in high school, now I'm in my sophomore year of college. I feel like I now have more opportunities to do things. I'm definitely trying to go to Six Flags as many times as I can this year. I'm also going to go to the beach and swim and just hang out. While I'm just hanging out I'm going to be conditioning for my second year of track.
All I know is that this will be a very eventful summer. I have friends from college to hang with and even friends coming home from school. No matter whom I hang with I know I'm going to have fun. But while I'm having fun I'm going to be looking for a summer job!

I absolutely love the downtown Chicago area. There is always something going on no matter what time of the day it is. It's so much different because I've lived in the suburbs all my life. The suburbs are always quiet, and not a lot of things to do. In Chicago you have plenty to do like: swimming, shopping, movies, Navy Pier, and many more. One day I would like to live downtown and experience it more. But until then I'll stay in my quiet town and be grateful I go to school in the beautiful city of Chicago.

I'm still in school but things are a little bit different. I've changed my major to fitness, and so far I like it a lot. I have a cooking class and I've learned so much since week one. I've cooked purred pea soup, applesauce, breakfast foods, pork chops, and tofu stir-fry. I've also gotten a lot more involved with school. I've joined the RMU coed softball team, the show choir, and I am thinking about writing for the newspaper. There are so many things and opportunities at RMU, that I should never be bored. I've also gotten involved in a RMU music video, so I'm really excited about that. I can't wait for all these things to start. I'm really glad that RMU has so many things that you can do. That's what makes RMU such a good school.
