Database Access - Off Location

For Students

Your USERNAME for Database access uses the same format as your login for your RMU email:
First 4 letters of your LASTNAME+
First 1 letter of your FIRSTNAME+
Last 3 numbers of your SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER.
(Example: student Bob Morris's Social Security Number is 123-45-6789, so his username is morrb789.)

Your PASSWORD is:
First letter of your FIRSTNAME+
First letter of you LASTNAME+
Middle 2 numbers of your SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER.
(Bob's password is bm45. This should be lower case as the password is case sensitive.)

For Faculty/Employees

USERNAME for Database access uses the same format as grades online:
First 2 letters of your last name+
Last 5 digits of your social security number

Your PASSWORD is:
First 2 letters of your last name+
Last 5 digits of your social security number
