Mobile Apps: There is one for you!
Are you looking for mobile device applications you can utilize in and out of your classroom? From interactive books, collaboration tools, reduced paper usage, and storing files in the cloud,Mobile Learning Applications are a new preferred on-demand study tools for today's students. Whether the device is android based, iPad or Microsoft Windows 8, many of the applications are common to all. By leveraging mobile technology, we can offer students a deeper level of individualized learning to meet their ever-changing needs.

Social Media, beyond social interaction
Are you looking for a tool to easily reach out to your students? A Tool not only used for announcement and updates, but to get them actively participating during non-class hours? According to a recent national survey of nearly 1,000 faculty members by Pearson, more than four out of every five professors use social media. And more than half of professors use tools like video, blogs, podcasts, and wikis in their classes but only 10% of them use it beyond an information resource. Explore different ways to get your students involved through social media.

Come join us for an intermediate class about one of Spain's most popular culinary exports. Tapas comes from the word tapar, meaning to cover. Traditionally served as small dishes, meant to be shared among family and friends, the variety of choices will be sure to please everyone's palate.
