High School Cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher?

ACT score of 21 or higher or SAT score of 980 or higher (21 on the Math portion)?

One year of Algebra with a "C" average (within the last 5 years)?

One year of Biology with a lab and a "C" average (within the last 5 years)?

One year of Chemistry with a lab and a "C" (within the last 5 years)?
