Below you will find the financial aid forms and descriptions of items that may be requested in order to process your financial aid awards.
Verification is a process in which the Financial Aid Office verifies the information you included on your FAFSA. The U.S Department of Education selects students at random and requires all schools to verify chosen students. If selected, either the Admissions Office or the Financial Services Office will indicate which forms are necessary to move forward with your financial aid. In order to accept your financial aid awards you must SIGN a financial aid award package. Each award package is individual and can be viewed by appointment with your counselor or your financial aid adviser. The forms and instructions below will finalize your financial aid process once your award package has been signed.
