The Support Trouble Ticket is for problems that do not require immediate assistance*. The Support Trouble Ticket is used by the technical support team to service the technology within the classroom. All Support Trouble Tickets will be answered within an hour of making the request. Please be sure to fill out as much of the form as possible.
