Light blend of spring peas and leek in vegetable stock

Shrimp Cobb Salad $10
 Tossed version of the famous Brown Derby salad with house-made Green Goddess dressing and poached shrimp

Salmon Salad Nicoise $10
Baby romaine, grilled fennel and zucchini, asparagus, potatoes, tomatoes, olives and basil anchovy baked egg with a lemon sherry vinaigrette

Risotto Primavera $10
Arborio rice with seasonal spring green vegetables

Gluten-free tart shell filled with a Provencal vegetable stew with side salad and brie cheese

Our own beef blend used in this hand-formed 8-oz patty accompanied by house-made pickled vegetables

Seared salmon, bacon and avocado with tarragon mayonnaise and tomato jam on pumpernickle, served with polenta fri

Chicken Portabella and Brie panini $11
Roasted chicken, portabella mushroom, pickled red onions and brie cheese
