Meet Executive Chef Cheryl Corrado
"I initially received my passion for culinary arts from my grandfather. He and my grandmother came to Chicago from Italy and opened up an imported food and wine business. Eventually their children (my father and uncles) took over the establishment. Their infectious love of great food and cooking inspired me to become a part of the food industry."
After working at several restaurants in the Chicago area, Chef Cheryl spent 16 years as an instructor, department chair and executive chef of another culinary institution. She brings her years of experience to the RMU classroom and hopes to instill that same passion and love of the industry to her students here at Eyrie.
