Eyrie Restaurant

Dear Eyrie Guests,

Thank you for supporting Eyrie, Robert Morris University Illinois' student-run restaurant over the past five years.

As the needs and expectations of the culinary industry evolve, so does our culinary curriculum. In order to provide our students the best experiential learning environment we will be taking the next step in our plans for providing our students a hands-on opportunity to apply the skills they learn in the classroom to a restaurant setting. To better serve our future studentsí needs, the restaurant will be moving as the lease comes to an end.

In order to concentrate on this exciting venture, the current location of Eyrie in Oak Park will be closing as of April 30, 2016. We are grateful for the support of the patrons over the past five years and hope to see those familiar faces when we reopen.

Dean of Professional Arts
