By following the link below to the login page, you will be able to view your latest monthly billing statement and account detail for the current term.  Online student accounts are only uploaded week 4 and week 8 of each term.

FAQ

  1. I am a newly enrolled student. When will I be able to access my Student Account?
    Online student accounts are only uploaded week 4 and week 8 of each term. 
  2. How often are online student accounts updated?
    Online student accounts are only uploaded week 4 and week 8 of each term a student is actively enrolled with RMU.
  3. My login failed. How can I gain access?
    You may have attempted to log in to your student account with an invalid User ID or Password.  Try the RMU Login Center to determine your correct User ID and Password. Students must be currently enrolled.
  4. I just graduated from RMU. Will I be able to continue seeing my Student Account online?
    Student accounts are only available online to those who are currently enrolled. If you have questions about your student account, please contact finaid@robertmorris.edu.
  5. I am a returning student and want to see my balance. Can I see my Student Account online?
    Student Accounts are only available to currently enrolled students. Please contact studentrecords@robertmorris.edu to determine your balance due to return.
  6. My address is incorrect on my student account. How do I get this changed?
    If you need to change your address with the University, please submit an address change.
  7. The other FAQ listings don't apply to me and I still can't get logged in to see my Student Account online. What should I do?
    If you feel that you should be able to log in based on your enrollment status and have tried the RMU Login Center, please contact billing@robertmorris.edu with your specific question. Our staff will be happy to assist you.
  8. I have questions regarding my student account.  Who should I contact?
    If you have questions regarding your student account, please contact your Financial Aid Advisor.  You can call toll free 800-RMC-5960 and ask to speak with the Financial Services Department at your campus.
