Field to Table - Fall's Feast
Saturday, October 18, 2008 . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Chicago Campus - Menu The dining series opens with Fall's Feast - a cornucopia of rich treasures from a fruitful harvest. Locally grown vegetables and herbs from our own gardens at RMC will be featured, along with other organically-produced items you are sure to enjoy. Healthy, hearty, and plentiful - come and enjoy Fall's harvest with us.

Orland Park Campus - Menu Staff at restaurants in Japan shout "Irashaimase" - sort of a "come on in" to incoming patrons. Japanese cuisine is delicate and light and balances unique textures and subtle flavors. We won't be throwing knives in the air, but this will be a unique and special dining experience. Orland Park Campus - Menu Back by popular demand, we will round out our dining series with everyone's favorite cuisine - Italian! We'll stick with the traditional this time and have 'lotsa pasta' as well as other regional Italian favorites. You won't want to miss this one!

PRIX FIXE MENU- 5 Courses . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .$40 donation per person (Cancellations are not refundable)
Reservations only; space is limited. Non-alcoholic beverages served; corkage service is available if you decide to bring your own wine. Dinners start promptly at 6:30p.m.; please arrive by 6:15p.m.
SPECIAL Reserve a minimum of 4 separate dinners for a $35 donation per person, per dinner. (All 4 dinners must be paid for in advance at time of reservation.)
RESERVATIONS
