The daughter of Charles and Katie Suhajda of LaGrange Park, IL, Courtney attended Riverside-Brookfield High School where she helped lead the Bulldogs to a regional championship in her junior season. 

During her tenure at Riverside-Brookfield High School, Courtney earned both All-Conference and All-Area team honors the Bulldogs were four-time conference champs. Courtney also played club volleyball for the Celtic Force Volleyball Club. 

"Courtney is a versatile player who gives us flexibility during match play," says RMU Coach Lauren Joyce Hensel.

Courtney transfered to Robert Morris from the University of Iowa as a sophomore.  She will complete her  Bachelor's of Applied Science degree in Computer Studies in the spring of 2010.
