"I am looking forward to the head coach position at RMU-Peoria.  This has been a goal of mine to coach at the collegiate level.  I look forward to the returning core group that we have to build on!!!  I define passion as an extreme emotion!" stated coach Smalley.

"We are very pleased to have Jim as our new head coach for RMU-Peoria volleyball.  As an assistant the last two seasons, Jim is very familiar with Robert Morris University, our return student-athletes and the recruitment ladnscape to bring in additional quality student-athletes," states Chris Ryan, Associate Director of Athletics.
