Enthusiasm and determination were the key ingredients to the 2006 Lady Eagles cross country team's sixth place finish.  Improvement should continue with a solid incoming recruiting class. The women will return captains Jenny Santiago (Schurz) and Tiffany Ksiazek (Clark) with Erika Hudson (Thornton), Alicia and Andrea Fiorino ( Danville CC/ Murphysboro), and Nicole Stockton (Crete-Monee) also back for 2007. Transfers Crystal Russell (Bethel) and sister Miranda (Danville CC) bring valuable experience to the team. Added depth and potential will be provided by freshmen Krystin DeSantis (Huntley) and Heidi Duehr (Tinley Park).A promising new face Samantha Villafuerte (Thornwood) fills out the 2007 cross country team.
