On Saturday, September 19th, the RMU-Il Gold team was privileged to kick off the Chicago Blackhawks Open House weekend at the United Center with an inter-squad scrimmage. The entire roster of the Gold team had the thrill of playing in front of nearly 4,000 fans prior to the Hawks taking the ice for a practice session that was open to the public. RMU-IL will be feted again on January 10, 2010, at the United Center as the Hawks take on the Anaheim Ducks on "Robert Morris University Night."

We at RMU-IL are proud of our relationship with the Blackhawks, and look to continue to build on that for seasons to come.
