ROBERT MORRIS INVITATIONAL
RMC Men's Golf Team shot 347 (3rd) in their own tournament on Monday in 40 degree temperatures(wind chill 28 degrees). College of Dupage shot an outstanding 310 in the icy conditions to finish first followed by St. Francis 322, RMC, and Indiana NW 361. Leading the Eagles was Luke Chikerotis with an 83(8th) followed by Steve Grant 84(10th), Troy Hansen 85(12th), and Aaron Kropke 95(16th). The Eagles travel to Milikin this weekend for the Big Blue Classic.

ELMHURST INVITATIONAL
RMC Men's Golf Team shot 369 on Sat. in 30-50 mile per hour winds at the Elmhurst College Invitational. The Eagles were led by Steve Grant (85), Luke Chikerotis & Troy Hansen (92's), and Eric Salvesen (100). The Eagles next meet will be at home Monday April 12th when they host the RMC Spring Invitational.

PRAIRIE FIRE CLASSIC
RMC Men's Golf Team opened up its spring schedule at Knox College with a 351-349 (700) 2 day total. The Eagles were led by Steve Grant 82-86 (168), Luke Chikerotis 84-87 (171),Troy Hansen 85-88 (173), and Eric Salvesen 100-88 (188). The Eagles next meet is Sat April 3 at Elmhurst College

NAIA REGIONAL
The Men's Golf team completed their inaugural season season finishing 5th at the ten-team NAIA Region VII tournament. Luke Chikerotis finished in a tie for 14th place with a two day total of 160. Steve Grant shot 173, Troy Hansen shot 185 and Aaron Kropke shot a 185.

CCAC TOURNAMENT
The Eagles placed 3rd in the CCAC tournament. Luke Chikerotis finished 2nd with a 790 and was named to the all-conference team. Matt Kaspar shot an 84, Aaron Kropke shot 88 and Steve Grant shot an 91. Troy Hansen finished with a 92.

The Eagles finished second last week out of six teams in the University of St. Francis Tournament shooting a RMC best 313. The Eagles have lowered their team score from 366 early in the season to a record low 313. Troy Hansen and Luke Chikerotis led the way for the Eagles each shooting a 75. The Eagles next match will be on October 2nd in the CCAC Conference Tournament. The meet will be held in Waukegan with a start time of 10:00 A.M.

EAGLES TIE ONU

The men's golf team tied Olivet Nazarene University in a dual match on Wednesday in their first ever home match. The Eagles shot their best score as a team knocking off 29 strokes from their last match. Steve Grant led the Eagles shooting a 4 over par 76 while Luke Chikerotis shot a 79 and Aaron Kropke and Troy Hansen both shot 82's.

The Eagles next match will be Tuesday, September 16th against Rockford College. Match time is at 1:00 P.M. and will be held in Rockford, Illinois.

In their second tournament on September 5th, the Eagles finished 8th out of a strong field of nine teams. Aaron Kropke had the, low score for the Eagles shooting an 85 (43/42) while Steve Grant shot an 86 (42/44) and Luke Chikerotis shot an 87 (44/43).

The men's golf team finished in 3rd place in their first ever-collegiate tournament on September 4th. Luke Chikerotis shot the low score for the Eagles with an 85 (43/42) while Matt Kaspar shot an 87 (43/44) and Steve Grant shot an 88 (44/44).
