The 2007-2008 season was the first for the Robert Morris Men's Bowling team and they surprised the nation with their performance in their inaugural intercollegiate bowling competition.  The Eagles reached as high as twelfth in the United State Bowling Congress College rankings, finishing near the top in nearly every event. 

Sophomore Ken Fischer (Lake Zurich, IL) qualified for the USBC National Singles Championships by virtue of his performance in the USBC Sectional in Las Vegas, NV.  Chris Barton (Brockport, NY) achieved USBC All-American Status as well being honored as the nation's freshman bowler . 

Both Fischer and Barton will lead a strong group of Eagle Bowlers in their quest for a bid to the 2008-2009 USBC Team Championships.
