Coach Rabideau begins his fifth year at the helm of the Robert Morris University - Springfield baseball program.  Rabideau, who is the initial coach at the Springfield campus, has amassed a 77-98 record with the Eagles and is 215-251 during his 15 years of coaching baseball.

Rabideau's coaching experience includes stints at Illinois College in Jacksonville, IL and Ursuline Academy in Springfield, IL.  At I.C., Rabideau was the Head Baseball Coach from 1986-1990, where he also served as the Offensive Coordinator for the football program.  Rabideau was the Head Baseball Coach, Athletic Director, Golf Coach, and Dean of Students in his tenure at Ursuline Academy.
 
Rabideau believes winning baseball games is accomplished with good pitching and defense, and vows to stress fundamentals in all aspects of the game.  The quality of student-athletes is also very important in Rabideau's coaching philosophy.  He believes that games are also won in the classroom; with successful athletes usually being successful students.
 
Coach Rabideau is a 1982 graduate of the University of Mississippi (B.S.), and a 1986 graduate of Illinois State University (M.S.).  He works full-time as Dean of Students and physical education teacher in the Panhandle School District.

Coach Roth also enters his fifth year at RMU-Springfield after being reunited with Head Coach Mark Rabideau.  Coach Roth is a Carrollton, IL native and a graduate of Carrollton High School.  He also attended Lewis & Clark Community College and Illinois College.  Coach Roth's coaching stints included three years as assistant coach at Illinois College under Coach Rabideau, as well as, six years as a player/coach on the Southern Illinois Semi-Pro baseball team.

Roth will serve as the baseball Eagles' recruiting coordinator.  His ability to evaluate young prospects is a valuable asset he brings to the position.  Coach Roth is currently employed as a Deputy Sheriff with the Jersey County Sheriff's Department and has been in law enforcement for 26 years.

Coach Morgan begins his second year with Robert Morris and brings with him a long history of experience.  Morgan, a Springfield, IL native and 1977 Southeast High School graduate, has coached baseball in the Springfield area for the past 25 years at various levels.  Coach Morgan also served on the Cy Young Little League Board for 5 years contributing his knowledge to help build the area youth baseball program.  Most recently Coach Morgan has been an assistant baseball coach at Southeast High School in Springfield.

Coach Morgan will work with the RMU outfielders, as well as, being the Eagles' hitting instructor.  Morgan retired from the Illinois State Department of Corrections after 30 years of service.

Coach Colston begins his second season as an RMU assistant.  Colston is a Springfield, IL native, where he prepped at Springfield High School, earning First Team All-Conference honors as a catcher.  He continued his playing career at Illinois College before transferring to RMU for his junior and senior campaigns.  As a senior catcher/3B, Brian earned All-American honors as the Eagles finished 3rd in the USCAA National Tournament.
 
Coach Colston will be responsible for the Eagle catchers and base runners, as well as, assist with hitting instruction.  Colston is currently employed at Chatham Hills Apartments and Wellman's Lawn Care in Springfield.
